About the Company
A mission-driven provider of commercial HVAC related facility services is seeking a General Manager to lead and unify several legacy business units across the Southeast. The company serves clients in industries such as healthcare, hospitality, institutional, and foodservice.
Role Overview
The organization is hiring a General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple service lines and states. This leader will be responsible for building cohesive, scalable business operations from several acquired units, driving consistency and performance across the company.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead overall operations across multiple service lines, including; Commercial HVAC, Electrical, plumbing, and retrofit services.
  • Full P&L responsibility for a multi-state revenue base
  • Lead and manage a field workforce across several states
  • Oversee dispatch, scheduling, and forecasting while meeting service and revenue targets
  • Unify operations and processes across acquired businesses
  • Foster cultural alignment and operational discipline
Candidate Profile
  • Demonstrated success in P&L leadership, ideally in HVAC and commercial kitchen service sectors
  • Strong operational mindset with a focus on service delivery, equipment management, and field operations
  • Experience integrating and aligning legacy teams post-acquisition
