Job description

Director of Operations - Leadership Opportunity with Chick-fil-A Boiling Springs & Spartanburg (Asheville Hwy)

Starting Salary: $60,000/year + Monthly Bonus Opportunities + Up to 5% Annual Raise

Full-Time Availability: 45-52 hours per week

Swing Schedule: A mix of opening shifts (4:15-4:45 AM), closing shifts (10:45 PM-12:30 AM), and mid-day shifts, with Saturday availability required.

Operational Hours & Observed Holidays: Chick-fil-A Boiling Springs/Spartanburg operates daily except on Sundays, Christmas Day, and Thanksgiving Day.
