Ready to take the next step in your rehabilitation career? Blue Stone Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to lead our rehabilitation team at Whispering Creek Care Center in Janesville, MN.


This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist who enjoys mentoring others, building strong facility relationships, and making a meaningful impact on both patient outcomes and team success. As Rehab Director, you'll combine hands-on patient care with day-to-day leadership of a collaborative rehabilitation department serving adult and geriatric patients.

Minimum Qualifications
