Job description

At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, we're building fan experiences that bring some of the most beloved franchises in the world to life across our DTC storefronts. Ready to lead the team that makes it happen - fast, flawless, and unforgettable for fans? As Site Operations Director, partner with Business, Marketing, and Brand teams to turn product lineups and merchandising strategy into standout on-site moments, owning execution from handoff to launch!

This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week in our Renton, WA office.

What You'll Do:

  • Build and grow a team that creates storefront pages and keeps site content sharp and on-brand across multiple DTC properties
  • Plan execution and capacity against business plans, and make sharp trade-off calls when priorities compete
  • Lead the launch execution calendar and deliver every update on time and consistently
  • Transform brand-provided copy and assets into site-specific content and graphics that make each property pop
  • Catch launch risks early, own problem-solving, and keep partners informed every step of the way
  • Set clear SLAs to measure and report on team performance, and find opportunities to automate manual processes
  • Convert engagement data into recommendations that power future launches
  • Launch experiments with partners to continuously improve the shopping experience

What You Will Bring:

  • A track record of turning brand strategy into digital execution - PDPs, homepages, landing pages, site content, and beyond
  • Experience building intake and delivery processes for digital storefronts
  • Consistent track record to spot process gaps, automate manual work, and set SLAs that stick
  • Demonstrated judgment in capacity planning and trade-off decisions under pressure
  • Experience building and leading teams that own digital operations, copy, and digital assets
  • Strong grasp of mobile-first, responsive design
  • Experience launching A/B experiments and translating results into action
  • Sharp cross-functional and escalation-management skills, with the ability to align partners and drive timelines forward

Nice to Have:

  • Comfort operating shared or multi-tenant ecommerce platforms across multiple brands/customers
  • Broad knowledge of end-to-end DTC operations, including both site operations and fulfillment operations
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, CMS, or similar platforms
  • Background in graphic design or creative production
  • A genuine passion for gaming, toys, or entertainment franchises
