This is a high-visibility leadership role where you will shape operations, drive growth, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients and caregivers across the state.

What You'll Do

Lead Multi-Site Operations

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple branches throughout South Carolina
  • Mentor and develop Branch Directors, Administrators, and office teams
  • Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence

Drive Growth & Performance

  • Own P&L performance, census growth, and operational KPIs
  • Partner with recruiting and sales to increase caregiver staffing and client referrals
  • Identify opportunities to expand into new markets and service areas

Deliver Exceptional Client Experience

  • Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across all locations
  • Monitor client satisfaction, retention, and service outcomes
  • Act as a leader in client relationship management and issue resolution

Operational Excellence

  • Standardize processes while adapting to local needs
  • Identify gaps and implement performance improvement strategies
  • Lead regular performance reviews, team meetings, and operational check-ins

Compliance & Quality

  • Ensure all operations meet state, federal, and company standards
  • Maintain readiness for audits and licensing requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement in quality metrics and outcomes

What We're Looking For

  • 5–7+ years of multi-site leadership experience (home care or healthcare preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage operations, drive growth, and lead teams
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L
  • Knowledge of home care regulations (preferred but not required)
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel regularly across South Carolina
