Compensation: $250,000-$300,000+ 

Wage is comprised of base salary and additional bonus structure as determined by pay plan. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to, the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc.

The Regional Fixed Operations Director is responsible for monitoring and communicating Asbury requirements for fixed operations personnel, productivity, profits and Customer Satisfaction to the dealership personnel. This individual is tasked with recruiting, and training, when necessary, fixed management personnel for the dealerships in his/her region.  He or she is also responsible for supervising dealership management in areas pertinent to manufacturer and dealership goals and procedures. The position also requires the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with Asbury Management at all levels, dealership management and personnel, as well as members of his/her team.  The RFOD visits the dealerships and departments in his/her region on a continual basis.

  • Assure that dealership fixed management is focused on achieving the departmental goals set by Asbury and dealership management
  • Monitor and instruct that all dealership activities are performed according to the applicable safety requirements and published procedures
  • Assist dealership fixed management in forecasting goals and objectives for personnel, expenses, sales and profits
  • Monitor that dealerships are operating within the Customer Satisfaction Index ratings set by Asbury and the Manufacturer

  • Make recommendations to dealership management

  • Actively encourages the recruitment of dealership management candidates from internal and external sources
  • Assist dealership fixed operations in implementing and consistently performing accepted processes as determined by Asbury, dealership management and the manufacturer
  • Monitor that receivable schedules are current and metrics are within Asbury guidelines for each dealership
  • Ensure that reporting systems required by general management, Asbury and the manufacturer are maintained
  • Hold Fixed Operations meetings within markets on a regular basis
  • Monitor all regional warranty operations for factory compliance, plus timely and accurate claim filing
  • Regularly review the pricing policies of the region’s service and parts operations for competitiveness and profitability  
  • Work with dealership General Management to assist in all segments of Fixed Operation’s personnel, processes and profitability
  • Work effectively in cooperation with the National Parts Director and Collision Director
  • Perform regular, periodic performance evaluations with dealership fixed management, monitor that dealership management is evaluating staff according to Asbury guidelines
  • Must have a minimum of at-least 3-5yrs Automotive experience
  • Must have great interpersonal skills 
  • Must be attentive to detail
  • Must be at-least eighteen years of age
  • Must have a valid Drivers License
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)
