Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is for someone who thrives on building momentum, taking ownership of results, and pushing hard to expand our presence across commercial, municipal, healthcare, higher education, and developer-driven portfolios. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role where confidence, vision, and a relentless drive for outcomes are essential.

What You'll Do

  • Market Growth & Opportunity Development
    • Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across targeted sectors.
    • Develop and execute medium-term strategies to drive growth, visibility, and competitive advantage.
    • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and client needs—using insight to make decisive moves.
  • Client & Relationship Management
    • Build and strengthen relationships with developers, public and private sector leaders, and industry partners.
    • Elevate Foresight’s presence in Tampa through active networking, strategic community involvement, and direct engagement.
    • Maintain consistent, results-focused follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and uncover new opportunities.
  • Strategic Partnerships & Collaboration
    • Partner closely with preconstruction, operations, and executive teams to ensure business development aligns with company goals.

  • Proposal & Pursuit Management
