    • Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across targeted sectors.
    • Develop and execute medium-term strategies to drive growth, visibility, and competitive advantage.
    • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and client needsโ€”using insight to make decisive moves.
  • Client & Relationship Management
    • Build and strengthen relationships with developers, public and private sector leaders, and industry partners.
