ResponsibilitiesBuild Referral & Community Partnerships
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, physicians, case managers, assisted living communities, social workers, and senior-focused organizations
  • Generate new client referrals through networking, outreach, and relationship management
  • Represent Caring Senior Service at community events, healthcare meetings, and networking opportunities
  • Educate referral partners on in-home care services, caregiver support, and senior care solutions
  • Strengthen community awareness of caregiving services and aging-in-place resources
Drive Business Growth
  • Identify opportunities to expand home care services within the local market
  • Execute sales and marketing strategies to increase client acquisition and referral volume
  • Track sales activity, referral sources, and growth performance metrics
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective clients and referral partners
  • Collaborate with leadership to support long-term growth initiatives
Support Client & Family Needs
  • Respond to inquiries from families seeking home care services for seniors
  • Conduct consultations to understand care needs and explain service options
  • Help guide families through the onboarding process with professionalism and empathy
  • Ensure a positive experience for clients, families, and referral partners
Collaborate with Internal Teams
  • Partner closely with operations and caregiver teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Communicate client needs and expectations effectively across departments
  • Help maintain high client satisfaction and continuity of care
  • Support company initiatives focused on caregiver quality and client outcomes
Qualifications
  • Minimum 35 years of experience in business development, healthcare sales, community outreach, or account management
  • Experience in home care, healthcare, senior care, hospice, or related industries preferred
  • Proven ability to build relationships and generate referrals
  • Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Comfortable working independently and meeting performance goals
  • Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales tracking tools
  • Valid driver's license and insured vehicle required
