Automatic Leasing Service is actively hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in warehouse operations, delivery driving, appliance repair, automotive mechanics, equipment maintenance, or installation work.
We are looking for a self-starter with strong mechanical aptitude who can support warehouse operations while also assisting with appliance delivery, installation, and repairs in the field.
For over 65 years, Automatic Leasing Service has provided laundry solutions to apartment communities, colleges, healthcare facilities, and property managers across Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Maryland. We offer long-term job stability, growth opportunities, and excellent benefits.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, clean, test, and inspect washers, dryers, and inventory
  • Load and unload delivery trucks safely
  • Deliver, install, swap out, and remove appliances at customer locations
  • Repair washers and dryers, replace parts, and troubleshoot mechanical issues
  • Unbox new machines, parts, and supplies
  • Set up equipment with cords, hoses, and accessories
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Log inventory and service information using a tablet and Salesforce system
  • Assist with other warehouse and delivery duties as assigned

Ideal candidates may have experience with:
  • Whirlpool, GE, or Speed Queen appliances
  • Appliance repair or field service work
  • Automotive mechanic or equipment repair experience
  • Warehouse loading/unloading
  • Delivery driving or route service

Requirements
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and maneuver appliances weighing 150+ lbs
  • Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse
  • Able to stand for extended periods
  • Basic reading, writing, and tablet/computer skills
