Job description

Responsibilities
  • Own Delivery Execution: Serve as the primary delivery owner for digital product initiatives from planning through release.
  • Partner closely with Digital Product Managers to translate business priorities into executable delivery plans.
  • Coordinate work across Engineering, UX, QA, Compliance, and Business stakeholders.
  • Drive accountability across teams by proactively following up on commitments, removing blockers, and maintaining delivery momentum.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs early while communicating them clearly to stakeholders.
  • Ensure delivery timelines remain realistic, transparent, and aligned with business expectations. Escalate issues appropriately while maintaining forward progress.
  • Own Delivery Readiness: Serve as the operational gatekeeper for work entering Engineering.
  • Ensure initiatives are truly ready before development begins by confirming business requirements are complete, UX prototypes have been reviewed, validated, and approved, acceptance criteria are clearly defined, dependencies have been identified, compliance considerations have been addressed, and Engineering has sufficient information to execute effectively.
  • Build strong partnerships with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, UX Designers, QA, and Business leaders.
  • Improve Delivery Operations: Own the quality and organization of Jira initiatives, epics, stories, and related delivery artifacts. Maintain healthy backlogs and delivery workflows. • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to organize complex work while driving accountability across multiple stakeholders.
