Lead with Excellence: Clinic Operations ManagerWhat We're Looking For:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in physician clinic management
  • Multi-clinic management experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and operational management skills in a healthcare setting
  • Experience with budgeting, financial oversight, and performance metrics
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance, HIPAA, and healthcare operations
  • Ability to manage staff, workflows, and departmental performance effectively
Education:
  • College degree preferred (Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field)
Special Skills & Knowledge:
  • Ability to interact tactfully and professionally with physicians, staff, patients, families, and the public
  • Knowledge of healthcare information systems design and operations
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to perform job duties requiring extended periods of walking and standing

What You Will Do:

As a Clinic Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of clinic and business office functions, ensuring efficient workflows, high-quality service, and alignment with organizational goals.

  • Lead and manage day-to-day clinic operations, staff, and supervisors
