Your Impact:
As a Product Delivery Operations Manager, you will orchestrate the connection between strategic vision and team execution, empowering our teams to deliver at scale and with consistency. Your leadership will shape how we plan, govern, and continuously improve our delivery systems, ensuring that teams across the portfolio are equipped, aligned, and enabled to achieve impactful outcomes for our customers and partners. In this pivotal role, you will:
  • Steward Delivery Excellence: Design, implement, and evolve the delivery operating model at the block level, ensuring planning cadence, governance, and decision forums drive accountability and focus.
  • Elevate Delivery Insights: Maintain high-quality delivery signals by championing Jira hygiene, defining key metrics, and upholding data standards, enabling clear and actionable delivery insights.
  • Drive Informed Decision-Making: Own delivery metrics, dashboards, and analytics to surface risks, dependencies, and constraints, and drive prioritized improvement actions at the block and portfolio levels.
  • Enable Alignment and Readiness: Provide transparent views into capacity, dependencies, and delivery health to enable roadmap alignment and operational readiness across teams and releases.
  • Lead Continuous Improvement: Facilitate quarterly planning, delivery reviews, and retrospectives, identifying and driving process improvements that enhance delivery quality and team enablement.
  • Champion Scalable Ways of Working: Drive adoption of fit-for-purpose practices and tools, fostering consistency and adaptability as the organization scales.
  • Build and Coach Teams: Guide and mentor junior team members, cultivating delivery operations expertise and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.

Qualifications:
  • 8-10 years of progressive experience in product management/delivery, Agile operations, or program management within technology-driven organizations.
  • Deep understanding of delivery methodologies and frameworks at the portfolio, program, and team levels (such as Agile, Lean, or SAFe).
  • Proficient with delivery and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence), including establishing data standards and defining meaningful delivery metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively across multiple organizational levels and build strong cross-functional partnerships.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with a talent for translating complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Proven success in leading process improvements and driving organizational change that enhances delivery outcomes.
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing team members to build high-performing, empowered teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $141,000 - $211,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
