Job description

We believe in empowering employees to pursue their strengths in order to find fulfillment and purpose in their individual roles. We're also passionate about helping small businesses and it shows. We move fast, work hard, celebrate each other's successes, and leave our egos at the door. You won't find a better crew to spend your days with to learn and grow. Our five core values guide everything we do, and we look for teammates who embody the traits that make those values come to life:

  • Creating Magic You have the persistence and grit to turn ambitious ideas into remarkable outcomes.
  • Showing Customer Empathy You bring humble confidence, listening deeply, and putting customers first.
  • Making Data-Driven Decisions You pair creativity with insights to make smarter, faster choices.
  • Focusing on Solutions, Not Problems You approach challenges with positivity and critical thinking, always looking for the way forward.
  • Making Small Improvements Every Day You embrace coachability and lean into discomfort to grow, improve, and drive lasting change.

Here, you won't just do a job, you'll help create meaningful experiences, solve real problems, and shape the future of our company.

Our Operations Coordinator will support the day-to-day IT and Facilities operations and tools designed to create magic internally.  You proactively seek opportunities to solve problems and help us efficiently scale our rapidly growing team. Responsibilities:

  • Manage equipment for our team members and physical office location(s)

  • Assist with office shipping and receiving operations; including collaboration with our Marketing and Business Development teams for customer and trade show needs
  • Assist with catering meals and snacks for the company as needed
  • Help keep our game rooms stocked by ordering refreshments, stocking snacks and other fuel for the team as needed
  • Coordinate on-site logistics for employee engagement, community, recruiting and other events hosted by Lev
  • Assist with onsite space planning and help move resources as needed
  • Assist with other projects to help solve problems and take advantage of growth opportunities

Qualifications:

  • 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Energetic and entrepreneurial personality with a strong internal drive to succeed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work independently
  • Available to work on-site in Toronto, ON, Canada - this is not a remote position
  • Physically able to lift at least 40 lbs.
