Workplace Operations Coordinator (Contract)
Contract Duration: Initial 90 day contract with potential opportunity for extension or longer term employment based on business needs and performance

Compensation: $30 to $38/hour depending on experience
We're looking for a reliable and highly organized Workplace Operations Coordinator contractor to maintain a consistent onsite presence and support day-to-day office and operational needs in our San Francisco office. This person will help ensure the office remains operationally organized, visitor-ready, and properly supported during business hours.

10:00 AM-5:30 PM
What will you do as a Workplace Operations Coordinator?
  • Maintain a consistent onsite presence during business hours
  • Support onsite operational readiness during external visits and reviews
  • Process and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • Coordinate and ship employee gifts and company swag
  • Coordinate basic workplace upkeep and office organization needs
  • Manage office access, including coordinating visitor entry and employee access support
  • Help keep the office organized, stocked, operationally ready, and running smoothly
  • Provide operational and administrative coordination support across teams as needed
  • Coordinate with building management and external vendors as needed
