We are seeking a highly organized Operations Coordinator to support our Industrial Brokerage Team. This role plays a key part in keeping listings, transactions, and internal operations running smoothly in a fast-paced professional environment.

Position Overview
The Commercial Real Estate Operations Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Industrial brokerage team. This role assists with marketing coordination, transaction documentation, scheduling, database management, and general team support throughout the commercial real estate deal process.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities while keeping processes on track.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing and Listing Support Assist with preparation of marketing materials for property listings
  • Maintain listings across online platforms such as LoopNet, Crexi, and CoStar
  • Organize listing information including photos, floor plans, and property details
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns and digital marketing efforts
  • Coordinate listing photography and marketing timelines

Transaction Coordination
  • Assist with commercial real estate transactions from contract through closing
  • Prepare transaction documents and manage electronic signatures
