Description
Operations Coordinator
Schedule and dispatch Security Guards, equipment, or service vehicles for normal service or emergency services rendered in the field. This position is tasked with providing customer service and direction to our field employees and Customers. Other duties include using telephone or computer to transmit assignments and compiling statistics and reports on work progress. They also monitor personnel or equipment locations and utilization to coordinate service and schedules.
Tasks include:
  • Prepare daily work and run schedules to dispatch Security Guards, equipment, or service vehicles to appropriate locations, according to customer requests, specifications, or needs.
  • Relay work orders, messages, or information to or from Field Team, supervisors, or field inspectors, using telephones or messaging apps.
  • Confer with customers or supervising personnel to address questions, problems, or requests for service or equipment.
  • Record and maintain files or records of customer requests for work or services performed, by reviewing, processing, and approving (when necessary):
  • Daily Activity Reports
  • Field Inspections
  • Incident Reports
  • Maintenance Requests
  • Record and maintain files or records of charges, expenses, inventory, or other dispatch information.
  • Ensure all employees are clocked in during a tour of duty and must approve employees' timesheets at the end of their respective tours.
  • Ensure each work site or location has appropriate staffing based on contractual obligations.
  • Provide support to field supervisors
  • Generate infractions, manage employees time and attendance and provide direction to employees based on Company policies.

Candidates must have:
  • Flexible schedules.
  • Administrative experience (familiar with MS Office, Office filling, and messaging applications)

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
  • Security Guard License
  • Management Skills
  • Good knowledge of computer systems
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
