Administrative Operations Manager (Workplace Admin)

As Administrative Operations Manager, you’ll run the internal admin engine that keeps NexaGuard operating efficiently—workplace routines, internal documentation, vendor coordination, and executive/admin support processes. This role ensures “day-to-day” is clean, scalable, and reliable.

Own administrative workflows (procurement, supplies, vendor coordination, internal requests)

Improve documentation and SOPs for admin operations and recurring processes

Coordinate leadership/admin support routines with Executive Assistants and stakeholders

Manage vendors and internal tools (workplace services, scheduling systems, documentation hubs)

Track admin budgets and support cost-effective operations without sacrificing quality

Requirements

5+ years in administrative operations, office operations, or workplace operations

Strong vendor management and process-building experience

Excellent organization, prioritization, and written documentation skills

Comfort working cross-functionally with leadership, HR, Finance, and IT

High ownership mindset and ability to run multiple workstreams calmly

Salary Range: $90,000 – $130,000
