Operations Coordinator

(Cross-functional Support)

Position Summary

EcoRecycle is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day business operations across logistics, purchasing, safety, HR coordination, vendor/customer management, and general administration.

This role will work closely with internal teams and external partners to support operational efficiency and ensure continuity of business activities.
The position is also expected to develop a broad understanding of EcoRecycle operations and serve as a backup resource for key operational functions when needed.


Key Responsibilities

Operations / Logistics

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics for recycling materials, products, and waste streams
  • Manage shipment schedules and transportation arrangements
  • Support inventory, shipping documents, and operational records management
  • Coordinate waste disposal and recyclable material handling activities
  • Support spare parts and operational supply management

Vendor / Customer Coordination

  • Communicate with vendors, logistics providers, recyclers, and customers regarding operational activities and vendor payments
  • Support invoice tracking, shipment follow-up, and service coordination
  • Assist with vendor sourcing and operational cost improvement activities

Safety / Compliance Support

  • Support basic safety training coordination and documentation management
  • Maintain operational and compliance-related records
  • Coordinate with EHS and related departments regarding waste and recycling activities
  • Support OSHA and operational compliance-related activities as needed

HR / General Business Support

  • Support onboarding and employee document coordination
  • Assist with payroll-related communication and HR administrative tasks
  • Support internal reporting and operational documentation
  • Assist with cross-functional coordination across EcoRecycle and Qcells organizations

Required Qualifications

  • Fluency in both Korean and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience in logistics, operations, purchasing, manufacturing, or administrative coordination.
  • SAP experience.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing, recycling, or industrial environment.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional business operations.
