Responsibilities for Operations Coordinator include:

  • Process Design & Execution: Developing streamlined operational processes and acting as the "operational glue" to ensure program initiatives and logistics are executed flawlessly.

  • Project & Vendor Coordination: Coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to budget. Strategic

  • Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving technical and operational challenges for the Kiosk platform while proactively finding solutions for driver and rider pain points.

Professional Requirements for Operations Coordinator:
