Job description

Lincoln Tech is seeking an Academic Operations Coordinator to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of academic operations, maintain compliance standards, and support both students and faculty through efficient coordination and accurate data management. As part of our team, you'll serve as a key operational partner, helping drive academic integrity and a seamless educational experience. This will be an onsite role at our Hicksville, NY, campus
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in education, administration, or a related field
  • Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse population
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency with academic information systems
  • Associate's degree preferred

Responsibilities
  • Monitor daily attendance and maintain accurate tracking systems
  • Execute academic tracking processes while ensuring data integrity
  • Prepare student and faculty schedules for review and approval
  • Process student appeals and coordinate timely resolutions
  • Submit, track, and follow up on JIRA tickets for Education Support needs, ensuring proper documentation and communication
  • Maintain accurate faculty and student records in compliance with academic standards
  • Support academic compliance monitoring and reporting efforts
  • Update and manage academic tracking systems
  • Oversee daily operations of the Learning Resource Center (LRC)
  • Coordinate IT support for academic-related activities, including tech day needs
  • Create a well-organized and compliant academic environment while supporting students and faculty throughout their academic journey
