About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity to hire an Operations Coordinator. Reporting to the Operations Excellence Lead, the successful candidate will be accountable for providing operational support to our Sales and Marketing teams.

Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and analytical professional with experience supporting operational processes, reporting, and CRM management. As an Operations Coordinator, you will assist with day-to-day operational activities by maintaining accurate records, supporting reporting and analytics, coordinating information across CRM tools, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and data quality. This role contributes to informed decision-making by providing reliable operational insights, and continued process improvements while supporting the organization's broader objectives.

What you’re responsible for:

  • Provide timely and accurate reporting, and articulate recommendations to support business decision making
  • Manage and build relationships with the client to support their needs
  • Collaborate cross functionally with OSL internal teams to support business and operational requirements
  • Support CRM administration, lead management and data integrity
  • Assist with new projects and identify process, reporting and data system opportunities
  • Support leadership with reporting, data analytics to help drive business decisions and outcomes.
  • Data accuracy/data integrity, dashboard/report creation
  • Documentation/process improvements
  • Perform general reporting and administrative duties as required

To join our team

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Understanding of CRM processes, lead management and sales operations
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Spotio and Sales Rabbit considered as asset
  • Experience in supporting field sales teams
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must hold a valid drivers license
  • Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent is considered an asset

The salary for this role is $50K to $55K, with a yearly eligible 5% bonus. Your final compensation will reflect your years of experience and beyond the numbers, we’re proud to offer a holistic package that includes:
