Job description

About PSE: we are a growing environmental technology and engineering company that helps some of the country’s largest industrial facilities operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with environmental regulations.

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to help keep our projects, purchasing, inventory, and shipments moving smoothly. You will coordinate the purchasing of parts and materials, process customer and vendor purchase orders, schedule shipments, and help ensure the right materials are available when our teams need them.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

  • Work closely with Engineering to understand material needs and maintain appropriate inventory levels
  • Purchase parts, materials, and supplies from vendors
  • Process and track customer and vendor purchase orders
  • Coordinate shipping and delivery schedules
  • Track orders from purchase through delivery
  • Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal teams to resolve issues and keep projects on schedule
  • Manage product returns, including coordinating Return Goods Authorizations (RGAs) and communicating with vendors
  • Coordinate warranty claims and follow up with vendors to ensure issues are resolved

INVENTORY & SHIPPING

  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate restocking needs
  • Receive, count, inspect, and organize incoming shipments
  • Prepare and ship outgoing orders
  • Maintain accurate inventory records
  • Reconcile UPS shipping costs and resolve discrepancies
