WE WANT PEOPLE WHO ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT RELATIONSHIP BUILDING AND DRIVING PROCESS EFFICIENCY:
We are looking for a talented and inquisitive Sales Operations Coordinator to support day to day sales operations and process execution for our NAM & LATAM regions. Based in Boston, this role focuses on supporting deal flow, maintaining data accuracy and assisting with operational and enablement projects.
The ideal candidate is detail oriented, eager to learn and comfortable supporting day to day operational work in a fast paced environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Opportunity support: Provide operational support for sales opportunities, assisting with deal processes and escalating complex scenarios and issues as needed
  • Process Support: Follow established sales operations processes, and help to identify gaps and issues and documenting them in JIRA for review
  • Regional Support: Provide Sales Operations support for the NAM and LATAM sales regions, working with Account Managers and Sales Leadership
  • User Acceptance Testing: Assist with testing new system functionality and documenting feedback or issues for review before rollout
  • Enablement Support: Help maintain and contribute to the creation of process documentation and enablement resources
  • Data Accuracy: Support booking accuracy and data hygiene by following defined processes
WHAT YOUR SUCCESS WILL LOOK LIKE
  • After 6 months: You are reliably supporting day to day sales operations within your region. You understand core sales processes and help maintain accurate opportunity and booking data by supporting deals efficiently and effectively through the sales process to closed won
  • After 12 months: You are confidently supporting the Sales groups in your region through a range of deal scenarios with varying levels of complexity. You are able to contribute within the team to tasks associated with operational or enablement projects. You are increasingly identifying process issues, documenting said issues and developing a sense of process improvement mindset, collaborating within the team and within other departments.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • Salesforce Experience: Working knowledge and experience using Salesforce, preferably CPQ. Understanding how to navigate opportunities, quotes and reports
  • Systems aptitude: Able to learn systems and new processes quickly and assist others in understanding standard processes and best practices
  • Independent work: Ability and comfortability working independently on assigned tasks and escalating when necessary
  • Operational Support: Ability to follow established processes and manage routine operational tasks and escalate issues accordingly
  • Relationship building: Ability to build consistent, trusted working relationships with the sales teams you support, and to represent their day to day needs back to the wider team
  • Communication skills: Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to document issues effectively
  • Organizational skills: Strong attention to detail, time management and the ability to manage multiple tasks and requests in a fast paced environment
REQUIRED
  • Spanish Language: In order to effectively partner with our LATAM sales teams, the ability to converse in Spanish is a requirement for this role

Compensation & Benefits
The target Total Compensation range for this position is $43,575 - $87,150 per year. This range is inclusive of base salary and a target incentive plan (which may include equity, commission, or other bonus structures).
Your specific compensation within this range will be determined by factors such as your geographic location, relevant experience, and job-related skills.
In addition to this compensation, Catapult also offers generous paid leave and recognized company holidays, and the opportunity to participate in our comprehensive benefits package, including Health, Dental, and Vision insurance, and 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
