Operations Coordinator Job Descriptionย 

Position Overviewย 

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support our Regional Director of Operations in Houston, TX at our anesthesia physician practice management group based in Addison, Texas. This role will be instrumental in ensuring smooth daily operations and providing administrative support to enhance operational efficiency across our practice locations.ย 

Key Responsibilitiesย 

  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Regional Director of Operations, including calendar management, meeting coordination, coverage grids and correspondenceย 

  • Communication Coordination: Serve as liaison between regional office, practice locations, and medical staff to ensure effective information flowย 

  • Process Improvement: Assist in identifying operational inefficiencies and support implementation of process improvementsย 

  • Compliance Monitoring: Help ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, credentialing processes, and quality assurance standardsย 

Required Qualificationsย 

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in healthcare or operations experienceย 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare management softwareย 

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesย 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skillsย 

  • Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations preferredย 

  • Reside in the Houston, TX area
