The Opportunity

Select Fluid Power is looking for a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team in Langley, BC. As the Operations Coordinator, you will support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of efficient service processes

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

As the Operations Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answer customer inquiries and provide status updates to customers
  • Manage shipping and receiving logistics, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services to meet deadlines
  • Purchase shop supplies, materials, and services
  • Update and maintain job database and distribute reports
  • Maintain shop work orders and files
  • Schedule shop maintenance and maintain vehicle maintenance schedule
  • Schedule local parts pick up from vendors and pick up parts as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:

  • At least one year of prior experience in an administrative role
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Valid drivers license
