Faulk & Winkler is hiring an Advisory Operations Manager to join our growing team and help support the delivery of a high‑touch, concierge‑style advisory experience for growth‑minded business owners.


As the Advisory Operations Manager at Faulk & Winkler, you will play a key role in supporting advisory services by overseeing client onboarding, engagement coordination, and operational workflows. You will serve as a central point of coordination between prospective clients, existing clients, and internal advisory teams to ensure engagements are delivered efficiently, consistently, and with care.


Your work will provide value to our clients by creating structure and clarity behind the scenes, supporting advisory teams with strong operational execution, and helping ensure clients receive a seamless, professional experience from onboarding through engagement completion.

Oversee Client Onboarding and Engagement Setup
Manage the onboarding process for new advisory clients, ensuring an organized and efficient transition into services. Serve as an initial point of contact for prospective and new clients to gather financial information, documentation, and business background needed to support advisory engagements.


Coordinate Advisory Engagement Operations
Support advisory teams by coordinating internal workflows, monitoring engagement timelines, and ensuring deliverables and service standards are met. Maintain client profiles and documentation within firm systems to ensure information is complete, accurate, and accessible.


Maintain Quality and Process Consistency
Conduct quality control reviews of client documentation, financial data, and engagement materials. Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, procedures, and internal workflows to enhance efficiency and consistency across advisory services.


Support Business Development Efforts
Assist with business development initiatives by coordinating follow‑up with prospective clients, maintaining prospect tracking systems, and supporting the conversion of leads into new advisory engagements.
