Are you a detail-oriented operations professional who thrives in fast-paced, mission-driven environments? We're seeking a Center Operations Coordinator to become the operational backbone of our Beachwood ABA center. 

This critical role is the central point of contact for scheduling, client intake, front-desk management, and daily operational support. You’ll ensure that every day runs like clockwork—freeing up our clinical team to focus on delivering world-class therapy. This is a non-clinical role ideal for someone with outstanding logistics skills, excellent communication, and a passion for building systems that support clinical excellence.

This is a full time position at the Center Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00 pm

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 1+ year of experience in scheduling or administrative support, preferably in a healthcare or related environment

  • Proficiency in scheduling software and basic office applications (e.g., Word, Excel)

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with families, clinical teams, and internal departments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field

  • Familiarity with healthcare operations (e.g., insurance verification, medical billing)

  • Experience working in ABA therapy or other clinical settings involving children with autism

  • Experience with EHR systems and advanced reporting tools
