Job description

Our client is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to complement their busy team.  The ideal candidate loves to multi-task, is highly organized and is committed to improving processes.  The operations Coordinator will receive, process, organize, and store incoming goods while ensuring efficient warehouse operations and timely order fulfillment.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflows
  • Conduct regular inventory monitoring through cycle counting, reconciliation, and inventory accuracy verification
  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment while meeting quality and productivity standards
  • Load and ship packaged orders onto trailers and containers, including shipments to retail customers
  • Receive inbound inventory and efficiently store products in designated warehouse locations
  • Maintain daily inventory integrity by performing cycle counts and investigating discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Respond to operational inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in administrative, operations or project coordination roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
