The Elevate Business Partner plays a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of our organization. This role demands exceptional leadership skills to guide and coordinate broad organizational changes, spearhead change management and communication efforts, and refine strategic roadmaps to align with evolving goals. The Elevate Business Partner is responsible for evaluating the ROI of business initiatives, ensuring optimal allocation of operational resources, and monitoring and mitigating execution risks. This position will be responsible for leading our growth portfolio, helping to support omni-channel roadmap development to optimize investments and deliver share growth objectives.
What You'll be Doing:
  • Lead and inspire comprehensive organizational communication efforts.
  • Create strategic roadmaps to set the vision for implementing new initiatives and manage the growth portfolio to sequence investments against enterprise priorities and share growth objectives.
  • Evaluate business case ROIs across various initiatives using financial, business model, and scenario analytics to inform investment trade-offs and value realization.
  • Ensure optimal allocation of capital, capacity, technology, and operational resources across the growth portfolio to maximize return and strategic impact.
  • Anticipate obstacles and proactively implement strategies to avoid difficulties during implementation.
  • Drive critical discussions and decisions in collaboration with senior leadership
  • Hold owners accountable for deadlines & initiative milestones
  • Co-create & track success metrics over time including financial outcomes, customer adoption, channel performance, and share growth indicators.
  • Facilitate cost tracking & ROI of initiatives to inform portfolio-level investment recommendations.
  • Define initiative solutions and business cases
  • Assess portfolio performance and recommend reprioritization, acceleration, or pivot decisions based on financial return, strategic fit, execution readiness, and share growth potential.
  • Develop and oversee detailed initiative plans
  • Conduct analytics in support of in-flight initiatives including financial modeling, business model sensitivity analysis, and omni-channel performance assessment.
  • Lead cross-functionally to drive productivity and solve problems
  • Mobilize through regular testing & learning process

What You Bring with You (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree strongly preferred.
  • 10+ years of retail or strategic business management with demonstrated experience in growth strategy, portfolio management, omni-channel transformation, or investment planning.
  • Ability to lead dynamically and energize teams to learn and apply new skills/techniques to respond to business needs.
  • Experience in project management and organizational change management.
  • High emotional intelligence and strong relationship building skills.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex initiatives.
  • Strategic mindset and ability to connect enterprise strategy, customer behavior, competitive dynamics, and financial outcomes into actionable growth choices.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, including the ability to translate financial, portfolio, and omni-channel insights into clear recommendations for senior leaders.
