Requirements:

Qualified candidates will bring the following experience and skills:

  • Managing cases from client intake through claim resolution
  • Litigation and trial experience, including strong oral and written advocacy skills
  • Case management, negotiation, and settlement experience with proven results
  • Minimum of one to three years of relevant legal experience
  • Active member of the Washington State Bar in good standing
  • Prior personal injury law experience strongly preferred
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a team typically consisting of a paralegal and a legal assistant
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a client-centered and compassionate approach
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively
  • Commitment to community engagement and professional development, aligning with the firm’s mission and values
  • High ethical standards, integrity, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary range: $85,000 – $95,000 (exempt, case-managing Associate Attorney)
  • Bonus eligibility: Case managing Associate Attorneys are bonus-eligible and often earn 100% or more of their base in bonuses in a calendar year. Bonuses are awarded based on performance and vary by Attorney.

Compensation is determined using local, national, and industry-specific data and is based on location, experience, education, and skill set.
