Our team is collaborative, analytical, and committed to delivering strong client outcomes while maintaining high operational standards.


Position Summary

Strategic Income Management is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Operations Associate to support the firm’s day-to-day business and investment operations. This role is an important part of a small, collaborative team and will work across a variety of operational, administrative, and client service functions. The ideal candidate is highly dependable, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and interested in learning the inner workings of an investment management firm.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with investment operations activities such as account onboarding, cash and transaction monitoring, document preparation and coordination with service providers
  • Coordinate with trade counterparties, custodians and other third-party providers as needed
  • Assist with compliance, audit, and regulatory support tasks, including gathering documentation and helping maintain organized records
  • Support client service and business development efforts by helping prepare materials, reports, and responses to requests
  • Monitor recurring operational processes to help ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency
  • Contribute to special projects and process improvement initiatives across the firm
