  • Use Microsoft Excel to organize, review, analyze, and reconcile data
  • Create and work with Excel formulas and PivotTables

  • Monitor multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work based on urgency and SLA requirements
  • Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding data and operational issues
  • Document issues, processes, and corrective actions
  • Assist with reporting and data-related workflows
  • Support new data feeds, system changes, testing, and process improvements
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow data security and compliance procedures
  • Contribute to the continued development of data operations and broader data management processes
What We're Looking ForRequired
  • 2+ years of experience in Data Operations, Data Analytics, Data Processing, or a closely related field
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, PivotTables, sorting/filtering, and data analysis
  • Strong SQL/SQL Server experience with the ability to write queries, extract data, and analyze results
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage a high volume of emails, tickets, and competing priorities
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to adapt and pivot quickly when priorities change
  • Ability to maintain accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment
  • High degree of professionalism and accountability
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, client-facing environment
Preferred
  • Experience with Tableau or other reporting/data visualization tools
  • Experience with data reconciliation, data quality, or data integrity
  • Experience supporting data feeds or file transfers
  • Experience in financial, legal, healthcare, or another highly regulated industry
  • Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field

Equivalent experience may be considered in place of a degree.

Why Join Us?

This role offers the opportunity to build on your existing data operations and analytics skills while developing toward broader data management responsibilities.

If you enjoy working with data, solving problems, using SQL and Excel, and staying organized in a fast-moving environment, this could be a great opportunity to grow your career.

The Ideal Candidate Is:

Detail-oriented. You catch the small things others miss.

Analytical. You know how to query data, investigate discrepancies, and find answers.

Organized. You can keep track of multiple open tickets and tasks without losing sight of deadlines.

Adaptable. You can pause one task, pivot to something more urgent, and return to your original work without missing a beat.

A strong communicator. You can work professionally with clients and teammates and keep people informed.

Accountable. You take ownership of your work and make sure it's accurate before moving on.
