General Description (major areas of responsibility of this position):
A person in this position is primarily responsible to provide technical assistance and guidance to customers during
the presales process. They will focus on research, preparation and lead generation, retain current customers,
improve current customer relationships, obtain referrals form current customers, and grow sales volume and
profitability with current customers. Performs regular and accurate reporting to support sales planning and
analysis activities, written quotations and negotiations, and records the successful processes and procedures
required to carry out all functions. Excellence is demonstrated consistently and process improvements are
contributed.

Job-Specific Responsibilities:
● Coordinates daily with supervisor to achieve targeted sales objectives
● Builds and maintains relationships with customers within assigned area
● Recommend products to customers, based on customer needs and interest
● Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.
● Travels throughout territory to provide technical assistance and guidance as needed
● Generates new sales leads and closes sales opportunities
● Manages account Works with customers to bring collection accounts current
● Partners with delivery drives to sell and deliver products
● Determines, resolves and communicates presales issues to management
● Delivers batteries when necessary
● Maintain a high level of product knowledge
● Provides excellent customer service to customers
● Performs other duties as assigned
