Job description

Lensrentals was founded in 2006 by a Memphis native and gear collector to share his photographic knowledge. What began as a one-man operation in a spare bedroom has grown into the largest photography and videography equipment rental company in the United States. As a local company with reach across the nation, we strive to have a company culture that encourages empathy and embodies the personality of each member of the team. We are hiring entry-level Operations Associates for several of our teams. As an Operations Associate, you will work with different teams, including Fulfillment, Inspection, Receiving, and Post Sorting. The shift for this position is Monday–Friday from 10am. to 7pm. Operations at Lensrentals:

  • The Fulfillment team is responsible for duties such as package handling, shipping and receiving, loading and unloading trucks, picking, sorting, packing, and shelving. Fulfillment is an important final step in the process of getting orders ready for our customers. Attention to detail and an ability to work quickly, efficiently, and under pressure are critical.

  • The Inspection team will be responsible for efficiently inspecting items such as cables, filters, batteries, and memory cards. Additionally, they will contribute to various aspects of our fulfillment operations, including package handling, shipping and receiving, loading and unloading trucks, and shelving.

Candidates must be able to consistently lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods of time, be punctual, and perform repetitive tasks without losing focus.
