Job description

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Inspect incoming deliveries against purchase orders and confirm correct quantities, product codes, and condition of goods
  • Maintain accurate records of received shipments and keep inventory systems updated
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including processing orders, producing and reconciling shipping, delivery, and service performance tracking 
  • Provide confidential administrative support to leadership, general clerical duties, and collect and prepare information for various operational reports 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite i.e., Word, Power Point, Excel
  • Other duties as assigned 

Required Education and Experience: 

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience
