Job description

  • Make service calls, maintain, and expand existing accounts by improving product mix, improving gross margins, or other means.
  • Make sales calls, grow and develop new customer accounts.
  • Perform take offs and walk residential job sites at different times throughout the construction process.
  • Schedule orders and coordinate with Install Manager, Designer and Operations.
  • Assist Credit Manager in keeping customers accounts up to date.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers at different levels of the customers business, to include installers, purchasing agents, superintendents, owner/manager, etc.
  • Attend Sales Training Programs as directed.
  • Perform other duties as required.

  • Sales Experience is preferred.
  • Good communications skills to include the use of telephone, computer, and face to face interaction.
  • Ability to plan, organize and maintain accurate records, to include notes from discussions with both customers and managers.
  • A safe driving record as determined by Company.
  • Ability to travel to various customer job sites as needed on a daily basis, several times per day.
  • The ability to maintain favorable relations with co-workers and customers.
