Job description


Responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical duties relating to the inventory, inspection; Collection and verification of cash receipts and completion of required forms/documents/reports for Exchange operated vending machines. Uses a PC for data entry and use of appropriate systems/software/hardware for correspondence, reports, etc.

Additional Qualifications/Requirements
Occasional site visits to remote locations within 100-mile area required. No overnight travel is required.

Job Qualifications
Completion of high school or the equivalent. Six months of experience in a retail or service activity which required the associate to follow instructions. Valid driver's license may be required.
If a sufficient number of qualified candidates do not apply, the minimum qualifications may be lowered without reposting.
Major Duties
Greet each customer upon contact. Assist customer by listening to needs, offering suggestions, and thanking customers for their business.
Maintain safe environment at facility (washers, dryers, floors, trash cans, restrooms & folding tables)
Coordinates with price surveyor to ensure merchandise is sold at market rate.
Check dryers and washers for anything that may be left behind. Clean lint filters, coin slots, edge, and glass doors.
Give refund vouchers as needed.
Verifies vending machine collection.
Operate an Exchange vehicle to pick up/deliver cash/mail/documents etc., as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.
