Better Said helps teams communicate better through world-class workshops โ€” and we need an Operations Assistant to be the engine room behind every client interaction, every event, and every deadline. You'll work closely with our COO to keep client experience seamless, logistics flawless, and our systems (Asana, calendars, content) running like clockwork. We talk fast, work smart, and have fun while maintaining excellence. 

You'll Own:

  • Client communication โ€” fast, proactive, and on-brand with Fortune 500 companies- professionalism is key
  • Workshop logistics โ€” materials, travel, trainer briefings, printed booklets
  • Our operational backbone โ€” Asana, shared folders, the CEO's calendar
  • Light marketing execution โ€” social posting, newsletters, Canva assets


You're a Fit If You:

  • Are a super strong communicator, able to keep up with fast paced conversations and decisions
  • Treat deadlines as non-negotiable and follow through without being chased
  • Have used a project management tool like Asana and actually keep it current
