General Definition of Work:


Assists in the daily operation and maintenance of Paragon Star Complex. Assists in maintaining soccer supplies, fixtures, and amenities. Provides exceptional customer services along with upkeep during tournaments, league, recreation programs and events. Performs minor ground landscaping. Supports Directors, Supervisors, and Hospitality to ensure coverage is being met to offer an exceptional customer experience. Work is performed under the direct supervision of the Assistant Complex Supervisor. Hours are not to exceed 25 per week. Weeknight and weekend availability is required.


Qualification Requirements:


To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.


Essential Functions:

  • Assists with the day-to-day facility complex operations.
  • Assist with maintaining supplies, equipment, and materials for operations.
  • Assists Paragon Star staff as well as event owners during the event load in/out process.
  • Pick up and dispose of trash and recycling throughout the complex.
  • Works closely with the Director of Events & Customer Experience to ensure all resources are in place for events with set-up and tear down. Provide any assistance needed during the event.
  • Assists with maintenance on fields, complex amenities, and set-up for daily operations.
  • Works as a member of the team to perform the general beautification, cleaning, and upkeep of the complex to include, raking and weeding.
  • Provides general information to the public by answering questions, providing directions, and explaining and enforcing complex rules and policies.
  • Maintains restrooms, stock and performs janitorial duties as needed.
  • The employee must work the days and hours necessary (including weekends and holidays) to perform all assigned responsibilities and tasks. Must be available (especially during regular business hours or shifts) to communicate with supervisors, customers, vendors and any other persons or organization with whom interaction is required to accomplish work and employer goals.
  • The employee must be punctual and timely in meeting all requirements of performance, including, but not limited to, attendance standards and work deadlines; beginning and ending assignments on time; and scheduled work breaks.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Directors.
