Job description

Position Title: Sales Operations Assistant

As a Sales Operations Assistant, you'll manage customer inquiries, prepare quotes, process orders, provide Tier 1 technical support, assist with reporting and invoicing, and collaborate closely with the sales team to improve efficiency. Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and Tier 1 technical support via phone and email
  • Prepare quotes, process sales orders, manage purchase orders, and assist with invoicing and order fulfillment
  • Partner with the sales team to streamline processes, improve productivity, and deliver outstanding customer service
  • Maintain accurate customer data within the CRM while creating reports, tracking KPIs, and supporting sales analytics
  • Troubleshoot basic technical product issues and escalate complex cases when needed
  • Qualify leads, build strong customer relationships, and identify opportunities to support account growth
  • Prioritize multiple projects while maintaining accuracy, organization, and responsiveness in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:
  • 1-3+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, customer success, or technical customer service
  • Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
