Position Summary

The Crew Member plays a key role in delivering excellent guest service and preparing high-quality food. This position may work in front-of-house, back-of-house, or across both areas depending on business needs.


Essential Functions

As a Crew Member, you will:

  • Provide friendly, efficient, and accurate service to guests in person and over the phone
  • Prepare food according to company standards, including pizza assembly, baking, and order preparation

  • Operate kitchen equipment and point-of-sale systems as trained

Compensation
