The Milford School District is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Business Operations Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the Business Office, Human Resources Department, and Facilities Department. This is a dynamic, onsite position ideal for someone who enjoys variety, collaboration, and supporting district operations.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and other business documents.
  • Maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
  • Assist with purchasing, invoices, vendor communications, and financial records.
  • Support HR functions, including employment paperwork and compliance records.
  • Coordinate facilities work orders, maintenance requests, vendor scheduling, and facility use requests.
  • Maintain records related to safety, compliance, inventory, and district operations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and administrative support for special projects and daily office operations.

Qualifications
Required:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years of administrative office experience, preferably in bookkeeping, finance, or business operations.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities.
