Job description

The Operations Manager will ensure efficient processes and optimize the productivity of our teams. This role will oversee and refine business processes, manage day-to-day operational activities, and identifying areas for improvement across departments. The ideal candidate will bring a strong attention to detail, a focus on continuous improvement, and an ability to drive operational initiatives that support the company's strategic goals. 

A successful candidate must be able to: 

  • Oversee and optimize daily operational processes to support business objectives and improve productivity.
  • Develop and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve operational challenges.
  • Manage and track key performance metrics and prepare regular reports for leadership.
  • Coordinate resource allocation, timelines, and priorities to meet departmental goals.
  • Support project management initiatives and ensure timely completion of operational projects.
  • Monitor compliance with internal policies and support the development of best practices.
  • Serve as a liaison between operations and other departments to ensure clear communication and alignment on goals.
  • All other duties assigned.

A successful candidate will demonstrate: 

  • Strong understanding of operational processes and performance metrics.
  • Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.

  • Strong ability to collaborate with engineering, sales, and service teams to meet customer requirements and ensure timely delivery.
  • Deep understanding of make-to-order and configure-to-order workflows common in ODM environments.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or a similar role.
  • Proven expertise in managing end-to-end operations including order fulfillment, production planning, inventory control, and post-sales support
