Facilities/Operations Assistant: Supports event setup and breakdown, including equipment placement, signage, and field/court preparation. Assists with maintaining a safe, organized, and game-ready environment.
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
  • Game Day Worker: Provides general event support, which may include assisting teams, managing equipment, directing spectators, or helping with in-game operations as needed.
  • Building Monitor: Oversees facility access and safety during events. Monitors entrances, ensures compliance with venue policies, and reports any issues to event supervisors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the desire and ability to learn in a fast-paced, highly competitive industry. They will possess strong oral and written communication and leadership skills, excellent organizational skills, and exceptional attention to detail. The candidate must be diligent, willing to take initiative, and demonstrate strong customer service skills. They should be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. The position also requires the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
The candidate is expected to act within the parameters of institutional control and is responsible for conducting all activities in compliance with NCAA, Patriot League, and College of the Holy Cross rules and regulations.
This is a part time, on-call seasonal position. The hourly rate for this position is $15.25
