D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Director of Marketing Operations. The right candidate will lead the processes, platforms, governance, and operational execution that enable scalable, data-driven marketing across the organization. This role oversees marketing workflows, performance reporting, and operational standards to improve efficiency, consistency, and business outcomes across multiple markets and channels.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Direct marketing operations strategy, processes, and governance to support campaign execution, lead generation, customer engagement, and business growth
  • Establish operational standards, workflows, and quality controls that improve the efficiency and scalability of campaign execution across the organization
  • Manage marketing operations to ensure the teams responsible for campaign deployment, audience management, system administration, and reporting activities can operate without friction
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Analytics, and Technology teams to align operational capabilities with business objectives
  • Develop operational process reporting frameworks, performance dashboards, and operational insights for Marketing Operations
  • Assist in development of multi-channel reporting frameworks that provide consistent visibility for Channel Marketing Leads and Marketing Representatives
  • Evaluate and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and operational enhancements that reduce manual effort and improve outcomes
  • Facilitate operational performance reporting for the Marketing team and vendor partner organizations, potentially assist with negotiating vendor service agreements with respective channel managers and provide reporting on operational investments supporting marketing operations
  • Support strategic planning initiatives and operational roadmaps for marketing technology and business transformation programs
  • Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
  • Ability to travel overnight

Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, demand generation operations, or related functions including 5+ years of leadership experience
  • Thorough understanding of marketing operations, campaign management, marketing technology ecosystems, and data-driven marketing practices
  • Demonstrated experience managing operational processes, cross-functional initiatives, and technology-enabled marketing programs
  • Ability to translate business objectives into scalable operational solutions that improve marketing operations effectiveness
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form or via DRH applications
  • Ability to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral vision
  • The noise level is generally moderate
