Executive Assistant To Multi-Business Owner

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented executive assistant to support a multi-business owner and leadership team in High Point, NC.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities at once, and enjoys helping executives and teams stay organized, productive, and on track.

The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, tech-savvy, and confident handling executive communications, project follow-up, scheduling, and operational coordination.

Responsibilities
  • Manage executive calendars and scheduling using Google Calendar and Calendly
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel, and logistics
  • Make and receive phone calls on behalf of leadership
  • Manage communications, emails, and follow-up tasks
  • Organize documents and systems within Google Drive
  • Track projects, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple businesses
  • Conduct project management check-ins and accountability follow-ups
  • Provide status updates and reporting to the Owner, CEO, and leadership team
  • Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, partners, and team members
  • Assist with operational coordination and day-to-day executive support
  • Help ensure priorities and projects continue moving efficiently
Qualifications
  • Must be located in North Carolina
  • Minimum 3+ years of executive assistant experience required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable making and taking phone calls professionally
  • Experience supporting executives, business owners, or leadership teams
  • Proficient with: Google Calendar, Google Drive, Calendly
  • Strong follow-up and project coordination abilities
