We go beyond the industry standard to create a uniquely detailed customer experience that is visible throughout all our departments, from our software design and fleet coordinator teams to our pilots and technicians. If you are looking for people who motivate others around them, and build relationships that create trust and open communication, you will find that here. The people at flyExclusive create a culture of positivity and aren't afraid to make decisions for the good of their team and the company.
If that sounds like you, come and work with us at flyExclusive! We offer competitive pay within the aviation industry, generous time off with flexible scheduling, a great benefits package including 401k matching, relocation assistance, and career growth opportunities!
Job Summary
flyExclusive is hiring two Regional Sales Managers to drive external sales growth for our Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) business unit-one dedicated to each of two key territories:
  • Regional Sales Manager - Southeast: Palm Beach/Miami, Florida
  • Regional Sales Manager - Northeast: New York/New Jersey metro area

Each is a remote position with regular travel required throughout the assigned territory-including visits to fixed-base operators (FBOs), customer facilities, and flyExclusive sites-to build relationships and close business face-to-face. Each Regional Sales Manager is responsible for building and expanding a book of third-party MRO customers within their market, developing new business through relentless prospecting, and owning the commercial relationship from first contact through contract execution. Above all, these are hunter roles: each Regional Sales Manager is measured on their ability to sell within their territory.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own and grow external MRO sales within the assigned territory (Palm Beach/Miami or New York/New Jersey), generating revenue by selling maintenance, repair, and overhaul services to aircraft owners, operators, management companies, and other third-party customers.
  • Aggressively identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities within the territory, building a robust pipeline and converting leads into long-term accounts.
  • Work the territory in person-traveling regularly to FBOs, customer hangars, and industry hubs across the market to develop face-to-face relationships and win business where deals are made.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external customers, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Negotiate, structure, and manage all pricing agreements for MRO activities, ensuring pricing is competitive, profitable, and aligned with company margin targets and approval processes.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams-including maintenance operations, production control, and leadership-to accurately scope work, provide quotes, and confirm capacity.
  • Assist in planning and scheduling MRO work between flyExclusive's facilities and external customers, balancing customer timelines with hangar availability, parts, and labor to optimize throughput.
  • Track sales activity, forecast revenue, and report on pipeline status, wins, and market conditions to sales and operations leadership.
  • Represent flyExclusive at industry events, trade shows, and FBO locations to promote the MRO service offering and strengthen the company's presence in the assigned territory.

Key Skills
  • Hunter mentality-self-motivated, driven to prospect, and relentless about closing business.
  • Consultative selling and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to sophisticated aviation clients.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including pricing, margin awareness, and deal structuring.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across both customers and internal teams.
  • Organization and time management to run a remote territory independently.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with maintenance, production control, and leadership.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Work Environment
  • Remote position based within or near the assigned territory (South Florida or the NY/NJ metro area), with a home-office setup expected.
  • Regular travel throughout the assigned territory is required, including frequent visits to FBOs, customer hangars, maintenance facilities, and industry events; periodic travel to flyExclusive sites is also expected.
  • Time is split between a home-office environment and active field settings-hangars, ramps, and FBO facilities-where standard aviation safety protocols apply and exposure to noise, weather, and aircraft operations areas may occur.
  • Work is performed in a fast-paced, high-growth business environment with revenue targets and deadlines that may require flexibility in hours to accommodate customer schedules and time zones across both markets.
  • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.

Dress Code
  • Well-groomed appearance
  • Adherence to department dress code

Travel
  • This position requires approximately 75% travel within the assigned territory (Palm Beach/Miami or New York/New Jersey).
  • Travel is a core function of this role; candidates must be able and willing to be in the field the majority of their working time.

EEO Statement
flyExclusive does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, sex stereotyping, gender identity, gender expression or transgender status), national origin, sexual orientation, physical or mental disability, age, protected genetic information, status as a parent, marital status, political affiliation, or retaliation based on prior protected EEO activity.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, aviation management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience selling within the aviation industry, ideally in MRO, aircraft maintenance, parts, FBO, or related services.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory (Palm Beach/Miami or New York/New Jersey) and to flyExclusive facilities as needed.
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience structuring pricing agreements and closing complex deals.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and standard business software for pipeline management and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Established network of relationships with aircraft owners, operators, management companies, and FBOs within the assigned territory.
  • Working knowledge of aircraft maintenance operations, including familiarity with common business jet platforms and MRO workflows.
  • Prior experience selling into or working alongside Part 145 repair stations or Part 135 operators.
  • Existing residence in or near the assigned market (South Florida or the NY/NJ metro area).
  • A&P awareness or technical fluency sufficient to speak credibly with maintenance customers.
