Job description

We're Looking For A(n): Production Assistant Intern

Location: Hybrid (El Segundo, CA/ North Hollywood, CA)

What You'll Be Doing: The Production Intern supports the Creative Production team with production assistant responsibilities across pre-production and shoot execution, including equipment prep, prop organization, production runs, inventory management, and on-set support.
This role provides operational support for a growing production slate while offering hands-on experience in commercial production. By supporting day-to-day production needs, the intern helps increase team efficiency and allows producers to focus on planning and execution.

  • Assist with production preparation, including equipment organization and shoot-day readiness.
  • Support prop sourcing, inventory management, and production supply organization.
  • Coordinate production runs and pickups as needed.
  • Provide on-set support for crew, talent, and production staff.
  • Assist with set-up, breakdown, and general production logistics.
  • Support administrative tasks, including document organization and production paperwork.
  • Help track and organize production assets, supplies, and equipment inventory.
  • Contribute to a safe, organized, and efficient production environment.
  • Perform additional production assistant duties as assigned.

The base salary range is $17.00-$20.00.
