Datacurve is building the research and data infrastructure that powers frontier AI models. We're a fast-growing YC-backed startup working with some of the world's best AI researchers, engineers and operators.


We're looking for an exceptionally organized, resourceful, and proactive Operations Assistant who wants a front-row seat to building a startup from the ground up.


You'll work directly with the founders and core team to help operationalize processes, solve problems and be the teamโ€™s point person to tackle new challenges across finance, administration, and people logistics.


What Youโ€™ll Do

Operations at an early-stage startup means being empowered to take on any problem that may arise. In this role, you will:

  • Day to day operations: Manage office operations, including coordinating supplies and managing vendor relationships.
  • Event coordination: Assist with planning and execution for conferences and community facing events.
  • Recruiting and growth: Assist with candidate outreach and scheduling, onboarding new hires, and helping with marketing or special projects as needed.
  • Optimization: Spot bottlenecks in how we work and put better, cleaner processes in place.
  • Being the teamโ€™s go-to problem solver: Jump into whatever the team needs and โ€œmake it happenโ€, whether that's operations, recruiting, finance, community, or special projects.

Requirement: In person in San Francisco, 5 days a week

Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 annualized salary
