This role optimizes transportation, warehouse processes, and vendor coordination to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction across e-commerce and B2B channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute logistics strategies for domestic and international shipments, coordinating with carriers to ensure on-time delivery and cost optimization.
• Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory storage, order picking, packing, and dispatch, while maintaining accurate stock levels through cycle counts and system updates.
